I haven't been to the races for a few years so I headed to Loudon to watch some racing during bike week. I bought a pass on Friday and walked around the the infield to see some bikes getting ready.
I spent most of my time taking pictures along the front of the stands starting at the far corner before the straight. I worked my way back to where I entered then headed for the sharp turn after the hill.
I took a picture of #351 at the corner. He missed the turn coming off the main straightaway and hit the barriers on that next lap. I didn't see the accident but saw the bike up against the wall. Hopefully the rider was ok.
It was fun watching the races. I saw many braking so hard before a corner their rear wheel was off the ground. I think I'm a bit to old for that kind of riding. hehe
